Arizona State senior Anthony Robles won both of his matches Friday to advance to the 125-pound NCAA Division I title match.

He beat Utah Valley State's Ben Kjar 4-2 in Philadelphia at the Wells Fargo Center.

After a scoreless first period, Robles (35-0) rode Kjar out for the entire second period to earn a point in riding time.

Robles, a Mesa graduate who was born with one leg, escaped to start the third period and then got a takedown to open up a 4-0 lead.

The win puts him in the finals against Iowa's second-seeded and defending national champion Brandon McDonough, who is a sophomore.
