Mountain Pointe broke out its jumbo package with Natrell Curtis behind center at practice on Tuesday.

By Jason P. Skoda, Ahwatukee Foothills News

Natrell Curtis sounded like the real deal.

He had the cadence down and barked it out loud and clear. He even caught most of the snaps headed his way. The big Mountain Pointe offensive guard even looked comfortable being the center instead of being next to Collin Lambdin.

Maybe the Pride coaching staff is thinking to go with a jumbo package this season.

Now that would be a power sweep.

Or maybe the highly recruited lineman was just helping out anyway he could because he didn't suit up in full pads like the rest of this team. He was held out because of a couple of a minor elbow injury, according to coach Norris Vaughan.

Either way, it was a way for me to publish this picture.
