The Desert Vista traveling plans are short and sweet.

The Thunder are heading out bright and early on Friday morning as the bus is scheduled to leave around 8 a.m.

There won't be a stop for lunch but will be provided some grub by the boosters as the team has a tight schedule because the Brothers in Arms event gets underway on Friday night.

So the plan is to arrive at the hotel in Solana Beach around 2 p.m. and then go through a walk through at a Cathedral Catholic field at 3 p.m.

The team will then return to the hotel, have dinner and head back to Cathedral to watch the first half of Cathedral's game against Jordan (Utah).

There will be some downtime from about 9:30 until 11 p.m.

The wake up call comes at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday with breakfast at 7.

The bus leaves for Cathedral at 8:30 a.m. with game time at 11 a.m.

The Thunder takes on Mission Hills in the first of four games in the Brothers in Arms event at Cathedral.

The plan is to be back on the road for Ahwatukee around 2 to 3 p.m. with arrival scheduled between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.
