  Thanks for the article and explaining current situation with the bank lending. Lending from the banks becomes more difficult than ever. But let's back to the business. What does a small business need to be successful? The answer is quite simple - financing. To my mind, small business sector plays in important role in today's economy, small business owners pay taxes and create new jobs helping a little by little to reduce the unemployment rate. And it's a pity that they need to meet so many requirements to get a loan from bank. Thankfully, now we have lots of alternatives to bank lending and these banks that take time and try to understand your business, it's nice to see that some one still cares. That's why now less small business owners who would like to take out loans apply to big banks. It seems that in a big bank no one will try to understand your needs and your business, that's why people look up for alternative ways. And it's good that despite everything, we still have some financial institutions that are ready to help to make small business successful.
