Hosted by The West Valley Arts Council and made possible through the generosity of Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust, “Picturing Maricopa” is anticipated to be a breakthrough work that documents 15 nonprofits that are serving emergency and basic needs, during the current trying financial times.

The reception is from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at West Valley Arts Council, 13243 N. Founders Park, Surprise.

Sneak previews of the exhibition show a range of emotions and circumstances faced every day. Almost every program offered by Benevilla is featured in the exhibition.

Catering is provided by Birt’s Bistro. RSVP at 623-935-6384.
