Downtown Tempe’s West 6th is now taking leasing reservations for the 30-story tower that will be ready for occupancy in December. The leasing is beginning earlier than anticipated because the first tower’s 189 units are already 75 percent leased, property management firm Capstone Companies said.
The units will feature condo-like finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and decorative tile accents.
The completion of the second tower’s 186 units will represent the completion of the tallest buildings in the East Valley, which was stalled after the builders of the Centerpoint Condominiums ran out of funding. Prices range from $945 for a 465-square-foot studio to nearly $2,000 for a 3-bedroom unit. The development, at 111 W. Sixth St., has temporary leasing offices at 526 S. Mill Ave.
