Mesa Baseline Rotary is doing something about childhood hunger in Arizona - and so can you - with a Hike for Hunger, benefiting United Food Bank.

The hike, which includes 1- to 5-mile routes, begins at 8 a.m. Saturday, April 27, at Usery Mountain Regional Park in Mesa. Registration is $25 and includes snacks at the trailhead, water and a t-shirt.

Hikers can also raise pledges in advance. Hikers 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
