The Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Fashion Show and Happy Hour on June 12 raised money for the Scholarship Fund. Each year at the Business Woman of the Year Gala, the organization awards scholarships to deserving women in the Ahwatukee Foothills area who are starting or continuing their college education.

The fashion show was at the Foothills Golf Club and chaired by Janet Schwab, owner of Elements Therapeutic Massage. Fashions from The Purple Skirt were showcased and modeled by chamber members. The chamber would like to thank: Heather Cisek of The Purple Skirt, Adam Pink from the Adam Pink Salon, Jena Irby of SkinFit, Cindy Wojtowicz of Arbonne (who won the 50/50 raffle and donated her winnings back to the scholarship fund), Kathy Hanchette of Premier Designs Jewelry, Everardo Keeme Photography, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and the Foothills Golf Club. A special “thank you” to our models Christie Ellis, Lindy Lutz Cash, Cindy Pierzchalski, Alise Chan, Agnes Oblas, Dianah Bertout, Melanie Beauchamp, Kristin Ito and Alyssa Abraham.
