Desert Vista basketball coach David Williams is hosting a basketball camp for sixth- to eighth-graders June 13 to 16 at Desert Vista from noon until 2 p.m. each day. The cost is $150 with a donation of a new pair of socks and $175 without the donation.
The donations will go to the Kyrene Schools Community Foundation. The focus of the camp will be to instill fundamental individual physical and mental habits that can prepare kids to play at the middle- and high-school levels.
