Ballet Arizona has moved into the old Walsh Brothers warehouse at 29th and Washington Streets in Phoenix. To celebrate their roomier 50,000 square foot locale housing a theater, seven dance studies, a shoe room with over 2,000 pairs of slippers, and a cavernous sewing room for costume creation, they are hosting a free, community open house Saturday, October 12 from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Families are invited to stop in, take a 20-minute dance class (available throughout the day), tour the new facility or watch one of the three performances given by The School of Ballet Arizona. Attendees can also register to win a season subscription for two for the 2013-2014 season.
