Longtime Desert Vista family - The Gavins - have been hit hard by the news of Connie, the mom, being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
The family is holding a fundraiser at Native New Yorker, located at 1339 E Chandler Blvd Ste 101, Phoenix, AZ 85048 (480) 283-9600 all day Friday Feb 25th. Tell the wait staff that you are there for the Connie Gavin Pancreatic Fundraiser.
There will also be one held Tuesday February 22nd – Sunday February 27th at Bell’ Italia, located at 4909 E. Chandler Blvd, No. 506. E-mail gavinjm6@cox.net to get the flyer you need print off and present to the wait staff when dining at Bell’Italia.
Over 125 family, friends and neighbors are also participating in the Dody Norban Memorial Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk on Sunday at Tempe Beach Park.
