The state Department of Health Services has created an online information sheet to help people concerned with mental health issues. The flowchart addresses, “What to do when you are concerned about someone’s mental health, including your own.” It includes a list of crisis hotline phone numbers people can call.

The website can be found at http://www.azdhs.gov/bhs/pdf/WhatToDoWhenConcernedFlowchart.pdf" target= "_blank">www.azdhs.gov/bhs/pdf/WhatToDoWhenConcernedFlowchart.pdf.
