Authorities say a man suffered a gunshot wound to the face following an altercation between customers at a Chandler convenience store.

Chandler police say 39-year-old Kenneth Morrow remains hospitalized with a serious but non-life threatening injury in Wednesday night’s shooting.

They say the 34-year-old shooter hasn’t been arrested and is co-operating with police. His name hasn’t been released.

Police say the two men two men got into an argument inside a 7-Eleven store.

They say it appears Morrow pulled out a gun and pointed it at the other man, who then pulled out his own gun and shot Morrow in the face.

The other man left the store but later turned himself in to police.

Police investigators are reviewing store surveillance video and interviewing witnesses.
