Congrats and good luck to Aubrey Smith, a junior at Mesa's Skyline High School, who has earned a position on the Arizona State High School Rodeo Team that will compete July 17-23 in the 63rd Annual National High School Finals Rodeo in the breakaway and team roping events.

More than 1,500 contestants from 41 states, Canada and Australia will compete in the finals, considered the world's largest rodeo, according to a news release. In addition to the championship, the contestants will compete for more than $350,000 in college scholarships.

Check www.nhsa.org for possible schedule changes and other times when the rodeo telecast will air on RFD-TV. You can also catch all of the action live via Horsecity.com on its audio web cast.
