Blu Agave fires up final pig roast for spring

The La Caja China pig roast is back at Blu Agave Arizona Kitchen April 30.

 

Spots are filling up quickly for what will be the last pig roast of the spring.


If you haven't had a chance to experience Chef Charles' pig roast yet, this is your chance. 


What's La Caja China? It's an American Cuban-style pig roast that brings out every flavor in the meat and is usually part of a much larger community celebration.


For $30, you will receive two alcoholic beverages (subject to restrictions) and a meal cooked by Chef Charles that includes the pig roast, Cabo San Lucas rice, cowboy beans, asparagus slaw and fresh, hot tortillas with agave nectar butter.


The band 4th Street will play from 7 to 10 p.m. on the patio. Make a reservation by calling 623-433-9815.
