Tempe Chamber to host 17th annual breakfast award event

The Tempe Chamber of Commerce will host the 17th Annual Breakfast for Chamber Champions on Feb. 28 at the Embassy Suites Tempe from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

The event will honor individuals and businesses that have gone above and beyond to make Tempe a thriving community. Awards that will be presented include: Spirit of Tempe Award to Jerry Brock, Outstanding Community Leadership Award to Shana Ellis of The Centers for Habilitation, and the Volunteer of the Year Award and Business Excellence Awards recipients will be announced at the event.

Those who attend the event will have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, participate in a Grammy-style awards ceremony and speak with community and political leaders of the Valley.

Tickets are $50 for Tempe Chamber members, $60 for the public and $500 for a VIP table of 10. Sponsors involved in the event include: Presenting Sponsor, APS; Silver Sponsors, CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company, Edward Jones, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and SRP; and Print Sponsor, Printing Specialists.
