Mesa Arts Center (1 E. Main St., Mesa) is now accepting applications for the fourth annual Dia de los Muertos Celebration set for Oct. 30 and 31. The festival is a unique opportunity for artists to display and sell work at the mercado during this cultural event that draws in over 22,000 people. Customized packages are available. Ample volunteer and promotional support is provided to artists.
