Police are seeking help from the public to identify and catch a man responsible for three bank robberies in Tempe and Chandler over the past week.

In each case the man was armed with a handgun. He is described as white, between 50 and 70 years old with grey, short hair and an unshaven face wearing metal-framed glasses. The man is about 6 feet tall and has a medium build. In each robbery he wore the same navy blue T-shirt and reddish-orange baseball cap.

The robberies were at the Chase banks at Guadalupe Road and McClintock Drive in Tempe and Dobson Road and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, and at the Bank of America at Rural and Ray roads in Tempe.

To report a tip, call Tempe police at (480) 350-8311 or Silent Witness at (480) 948-6377.
