Banner Children’s is host a free six-week program to get kids active and healthy during their summer break.

The GO KIDS! Summer Challenge offers kids and their families tools on how to have fun and remain active and improve their overall fitness. Banner Children’s provides experts to educate and motivate kids and their families as well.

Kids who complete the program with at least 50 percent participation receive a prize, and a prize drawing is offered each week to kids who exercise seven days a week. A special prize is doled out at the conclusion of the challenge for one participant.

The challenge begins on July 8 and concludes on Aug. 19, and additional information is available by visiting BannerChildrens.com/GOKIDS.
