One of the most popular shows on TV is coming to movie theaters for one night only.

The cast of AMC’s “The Walking Dead” will appear Thursday, March 7, on two Mesa movie screens in a pre-recorded kickoff to PaleyFest, an event by California’s The Paley Center for Media that’s called “the ultimate TV fan festival.”

Captured live from the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills on Friday, March 1, the taping will feature the cast — including Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) and Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) — as they screen never-before-seen footage from the show and take part in a Q&A session.

Executive producers Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Dave Alpert and Greg Nicotero will also appear, and the session will be moderated by “The Talking Dead” host Chris Hardwick.

The event is a production of Fathom Events and The Paley Center for Media.

“Paleyfest featuring The Walking Dead Cast” screens at 8 p.m. at the Cinemark 16 theater, 1051 N. Dobson Road, and the AMC Mesa Grande 24 theater, 1645 S. Stapley Drive. Ticket prices are $12.50-$15.
