Verizon Wireless said Monday that its 4G LTE service will expand Thursday to cover customers in Apache Junction and Sun Lakes.

The large-scale network launched in early December. The company says it expects to deliver 4G LTE to all areas with 3G wireless by the end of 2013.

Along with the East Valley expansion, Verizon customers in many West Valley communities will also get expanded LTE access on Thursday.
