Mesa Police investigate the scene, Wednesday, June 29, 2011 in Mesa, where two men were sitting inside a car in the Parkwood Ranch area near Southern Avenue and Signal Butte Road when a man came up and shot both of them. One of the men died at the scene. The second man was taken to a local hospital and died Wednesday morning.The car was parked along a road next to a greenbelt leading into neighborhoods.
