The Spectral Artists will host their 32nd annual art show celebrating the talent of local artists.

Formed in 1981, the league has a long history of providing art workshops conducted by pros in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Prescott and other Arizona locales.

Art in this juried show will include still lifes, florals, landscapes and portraits done in watercolor, oil, pastel, pencil and charcoal by artists from Mesa, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon. The paintings in the show will be judged by local artist Jane Bradley.

Paintings, prints and note cards will be available for purchase, and two paintings will be given away in a raffle drawing.

This two-day event is free to the public and takes place 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 9 and 10 at The Springs of East Mesa, 6220 E. Broadway Road.
