AAA Arizona reports the average cost has dipped by 2 cents to $3.510 a gallon. As usual, Tucson has the lowest price at $3.351 while Flagstaff has the most expensive average at $3.771.

The national average also fell this week, with the 4-cent decline bringing the average price per gallon to $3.475.
