People fueling their vehicles this week have once again seen the cost to complete the refill is less than the week before.

AAA Arizona reports the average cost has dipped by 2 cents to $3.510 a gallon. As usual, Tucson has the lowest price at $3.351 while Flagstaff has the most expensive average at $3.771.

The national average also fell this week, with the 4-cent decline bringing the average price per gallon to $3.475.
