With a week left ‘til Christmas, many have their shopping done and the presents neatly wrapped under the tree. The rest of us are still trying to find stocking-stuffers, a hostess gift for this weekend’s holiday party and a unique present for the wine aficionado who has everything. Fear not — we found five local ways to cross the last items off your list.

For the coffee addict

You won’t find a coffee shop cuter than Bergie’s at 309 N. Gilbert Road in Gilbert’s Heritage District. On top of serving up all sorts of tasty drinks, they have a nice selection of gifts for coffee lovers including gift cards in any amount, roasted coffee by the pound, locally made ceramic mugs and our favorite — gift bags ($6.95-$8.95) made from Bergie’s coffee sacks by local vendor Got Bag? More information is available at (480) 497-3913 or BergiesCoffee.com.

For the fashionista

Need a few more things for your fashion-savy tween? Head to One Wing Boutique at 80 S. San Marcos Place in Chandler and pick up one of their “Rose Wrap” headbands ($16 each or two for $28) or “Vintage Inspired” charm bracelets ($18 each or two for $30). Both are handmade by local vendors. Boutique owner Lisa Miller has done a good job of combining fashion, jewelry and home décor, so don’t be surprised if you find a few more treasures while you’re there. Find out more at (480) 704-1369 or OneWingBoutique.com.

For the hostess or White Elephant exchange

Leslie Grady-Atwood, owner of Expressions Boutique at 4025 E. Chandler Blvd., Suite 42, in Ahwatukee, said their Santa Knickers ($15) make the perfect carry-all for a holiday party gift. Made to look like a pair of Santa’s trousers, the knickers carry two bottles of wine or, as Grady-Atwood suggested, sacks of carmel corn. Elf Knickers are also available for $18. Contact them at (480) 704-1369 or ExpressionsBoutiqueAZ.com for more details.

For the crafter

Need something for your friend who churns her own butter and makes pillows from recycled curtains? Head to Green Table Gifts at 1840 E. Warner Road, Suite 115, in Tempe and pick up a gift card for one of their Chalk Paint ($115), Typography ($75) or Instantly Aged ($45) classes. If that’s outside the budget, they have plenty of locally made gifts, jewelry and décor to impress the Pinterest princess in your life. You can reach them at (480) 855-5620 or GTgifts.com.

For the wine aficionado

Let’s face it, he probably has everything for wine opening, wine pouring and wine drinking, but he probably doesn’t have a wine opener made by a local artisan. The Store at Mesa Arts Center, at 1 E. Main St., does. A corkscrew from Talon Forge is $10. At that price, you’ll have enough left to buy a bottle of wine to go along with it. For more details, go to (480) 644-6515 or MesaArtsCenter.com/macstore.
