Who hasn't blown up a marshmallow Peep in the microwave? Now the Arizona Science Center in Phoenix wants your family to devise an experiment or activity featuring the sugary sticky Easter basket fave - and videotape it.

The video, no longer than four minutes long, should be filmed at 4K or 720 x 480 resolution, and should include narration. Arizona residents with children in grades K-12 are eligible to enter.

Go to for more information and to register and upload your video by 11:50 p.m. May 13. A panel will judge the entries based on accurate scientific content, presentation, and creativity. The top three entrants will win a family membership to Arizona Science Center in Phoenix, and their videos will be shown at the center and posted online at and on the center's YouTube channel and Facebook page.
