Are you 50 or older? Do you have trouble remembering names, dates and other information...but are otherwise in good mental and physical health? If you answered "yes," then this Memory Training class is for you. By devoting just two hours per week for five weeks, you will have fun and improve your memory through presentations, group discussions, memory strategies and skill building. Participants will acquire general strategies to improve memory, remember names and faces, develop techniques to recall numbers and learn about factors that affect memory.

Registration and prepayment required $25. Registration includes the five-week series. Classes are not taken separately. Classes are being offered at the United Methodist Church-Sun Lakes, 9248 E. Riggs Road from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, March 2 to March 30. To register call (602) 839-6850.
