During the holidays, cleaning can be exhausting and adds up to a list of duties one has to complete. Ahwatukee resident Danielle Lovato opened Golden Harvest Cleaning Co. last month in hopes of making life a little less hectic for others during this time.
She was aiming for something unique, but also something that she was passionate about. She felt like a luxury cleaning service is something that is much needed in the community.
"Cleaning and organizing may not be everyone's forte, but it is definitely my niche in life," Lovato said. "I have a natural knack for all things clean."
She said she opened the cleaning business because she loves to make people's lives less stressful and to provide them with more time to enjoy with their family. Another reason, according to Lovato, was because it's a great way to get involved in the community and give back.
Lovato says her prices are affordable and fair, and that she charges by the job, not the hour. She said that there are never any hidden fees and that the prices estimated are the prices customers will pay.
The hours for the company are Monday through Saturday, starting at 4 a.m. and going until 10 p.m. Sunday appointments are available for all residential clients. Lovato also offers 24-hour availability by appointment for commercial clients. As a bonus, she is willing to accommodate clients if they need after hours or emergency services.
Lovato said clients can choose from an a la carte menu, specials, packages, laundry services or create their own package. She said that she and her employees have worked tirelessly to meet the needs of each and every client. The clients, she said, have total control over what they want.
Golden Harvest also offers specials that work with customer's individual needs. The Organized Home Special, Lovato said, completely reorganizes a room or area of a client's choosing. The Organized Closet Special has staff working directly with the client to clean and organize any closet. Employees will even take a family's unwanted goods to a local Goodwill, Lovato said.
Golden Harvest also offers an in house wash and fold service to all of its clients who purchase a residential cleaning service or package. Basically, employees will take care of all laundry needs while they thoroughly clean the client's home.
"If you are going spend your hard earned money with us, then we are going to make sure we go above and beyond to meet your expectations every time," Lovato said, adding that her company uses Tide, Downy and Oxi Clean laundry products, as well as the plant-based line Method. Likewise, customers also have the option to provide their own detergent and softener of preference. The turnaround time on the optional pick-up and drop-off laundry service, she said, is 24 to 48 hours.
"I want my clients to walk in the door and be able to kick up their feet and know that all the details have been taken care of," Lovato said.
For clients who book now through Dec. 31, Lovato is offering 20 percent off all services. For more details, visit goldenharvestcleaningco.com or call (602) 710-5193.
