Tempe St. Luke's Hospital continues it Healthy Living Seminar Series on Thursday, Dec. 9, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Medical Office building, room 208. Join Jenel Day, registered dietitian with the Bridges Center for Surgical Weight Management, for an interactive discussion about how to eat healthy through the holiday season. As a special treat, sample healthy alternatives to the traditional holiday meals that we love so much prepared by our executive chef, William Redmond.
