Hospice of the Valley searching for volunteers in the East Valley

Hospice of the Valley is in need of volunteers from across the East Valley to serve patients.

The organization needs volunteers to provide respites for caregivers, read and visit patients, run errands and offer emotional support. The biggest need for Hospice of the Valley is volunteers to serve in east Mesa, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon.

Hospice of the Valley has scheduled a volunteer orientation for Sept. 16 through 25 in Gilbert at Redemption Church, located at 1820 W. Elliot Road. Registration is required in advance to attend the orientation sessions, and people can apply by visiting hov.org/volunteer or call (602) 636-6336.
