Sanderson Ford of Glendale donated a 2010 Ford Transit Connect
to the Girl Scouts — Arizona Cactus-Pine Council to help promote
cookie sales this year.
The Girl Scouts — Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, representing more
than 24,000 girls, expects to sell more than 2.8 million boxes of
cookies this season.
Bell Signs, also of Glendale, offered to support the initiative
by designing and installing a vehicle wrap for the Transit Connect
with Girl Scout cookie branding.
The Transit Connect serves as a rolling billboard to remind
residents to pick up a few boxes of cookies when booth sales begin
this weekend.
