All ghosts, goblins, ghouls, creatures, princesses, cartoon characters and superheroes are invited to a family friendly alternative to trick-or-treating at Chandler’s Halloween Spooktacular. This free annual costume event will be held 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Library plaza in downtown Chandler, 125 E. Commonwealth Ave.

Come enjoy games like pumpkin bowling, scary piñatas, cupcake walks and more. There will be souvenir photos with a special spooky guest, and a haunted house for those wanting a scary tour. Every participant will get candy at each game station, so bring a trick-or-treat bag.

A complete list of upcoming special events in Chandler is available online at www.chandleraz.gov/special-events or at (480) 782-2735.
