Not only is Wet Kat Pools an eco-friendly pool company but Ahwatukee Foothills resident Jodi Levisohn is making sure it's a company focused on customer service, too.
Customer service is how Levisohn found out about the company in the first place, after all. Levisohn and her husband owned a coffee and smoothie shop in Gilbert for years before they were forced to close in 2010. During their time in business they had a regular customer who owned a pool company.
"She owned a pool business in Oregon and she's been doing it for 12 years," Levisohn said. "What she does is she lives in Oregon half the year and Arizona half the year. She really wanted to take her Northwest business and expand it into the Southwest. One thing led to another and timing just became perfect, so my husband and I expanded the pool business into Arizona. It's her company and her experience with our work."
They made the official expansion into Arizona in October. Since then, Levisohn says they've had some success in Gilbert where they had contact in the past, but that she's ready to reach out to Ahwatukee.
"We've always had swimming pools and we've always helped families take care of their swimming pools," Levisohn said. "We spend a lot of time in our pool. It just seemed like it would be the perfect fit for us in Arizona, and especially in Ahwatukee."
Levisohn said she's been paying closer attention to the pool service around her and she feels that's something that can make them stand out.
"I've been in customer service for a good 20 years so I know what it takes to communicate with people and understand their needs," Levisohn said. "I want to be that service that provides that extra effort or goes the extra mile."
