Arizona State signed a 20th student-athlete to a national letter of intent, as Stanley Absanon, a versatile athlete from Lakeland, Fla., (Tenoroc High School), will join the Sun Devil football program. He’s one of three Florida natives to sign with ASU in 2011, joining defensive back Joe Eason and offensive lineman Devin Goodman. He finished with 10 total touchdowns as a senior at Tenoroc, including three on special teams, and is capable of playing either wide receiver or defensive back at the college level in addition to kick returns. Absanon chose ASU over an offer from West Virginia and was also pursued by Illinois, South Florida and Eastern Michigan.
