ICAN's seventh annual Festival of Trees recently raised more than $140,000 to benefit the services offered to youth and families through the organization.

ICAN is an after-school program that addresses community issues in the Chandler Redevelopment Area. The 85225 zip code where ICAN is located was ranked the fourth highest at-risk zip code in Maricopa County for substance abuse, and eight out of 10 kids in the Chandler Redevelopment Area live in a household earning less than $25,000 annually, according to ICAN.

Community members interested in getting involved can contact ICAN at (480) 821-4207 or visit the website at www.icanaz.org.
