Key witness in Pianka trial not expected to testify
Comments 0 | Recommend 0Virginia McIntyre has still not been found and isn't expected to testify for the prosecution in the second-degree murder trial of Grace Pianka.
But on Thursday the jury will hear her voice when portions of the 911 tape are played.
McIntyre discovered her lover, Adam Kostewicz, dead on April 15, 2006, when she went to his home in the 16600 block of South 30th Drive after he failed to return to the hotel he was sharing with McIntyre.
Police say that Pianka killed Kostewicz when she discovered that he was having an affair with McIntyre.
