The city of Phoenix Planning and Development Department recently launched the Commercial Combination Inspector Pilot Program that empowers a single inspector to inspect for plumbing/mechanical, structural and electrical, offering businesses and contractors a more efficient, streamlined service - saving time and money.
The combo inspector pilot program enhances the recently expanded Permit By Inspector Program, which empowers inspectors to review plans and issue permits on the job site. The goal of these innovations and efficiencies is to save time and money.
