A: We are all from the Seattle area. Michael and Arlene owned businesses in Washington state. Chris and Tilynn worked in all facets of restaurant and bar management.

Q: Why did you open your business near Ahwatukee Foothills?

A: We opened our business in Chandler as a result of marketing surveys we conducted, which suggested a need for the ultimate lounge concept we have developed in Chandler.

Q: How did you get the idea to open your business?

A: Since Michael and Arlene have an extensive background in business ownership and Tilynn and Chris have significant experience in restaurant and bar management, we felt this was an ideal concept in which to utilize all of our expertise.

Q: What type of merchandise/services do you sell?

A: Tonic is an ultimate lounge that provides our guests with their favorite drinks, complemented by a list of unique appetizers.

Q: What does your business offer that no one else does?

A: A very guest-friendly atmosphere that offers music, sports, indoor/outdoor bar and a patio that rocks, all in a setting where our patrons can enjoy each other's conversation or conduct a casual business meeting.

Q: How have residents of the community responded to your business?

A: First-time guests all remark that our atmosphere is awesome, as well as our food being incredible. Repeat business and regulars are increasing.

Q: What does your business have in store for the future?

A: We are introducing live music weekly, as well as scheduled patio tournament games.

Q: Anything else you want the community to know about you or your business?

A: Tonic is big enough to accommodate our guests, yet small enough to know everyone.
