A new Phoenix company is striving to eliminate common roadblocks to estate planning like cost and accessibility.

The recently launched Estate Plan Store offers online estate planning services to Arizona residents who are least 18 years old for a fraction of attorney costs. Each estate plan includes seven parts: Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Springing General Power of Attorney, Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, Durable Mental Health Care Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization, Funeral and Burial Instructions. The Estate Plan Store offers three methods for completing the process - online, in-person or via mail - depending on the customer's needs, comfort level, budget and location.
