This dusty summer has proven to be a big windfall for car washes in Arizona.
Phoenix was slammed by large dust storms recently. Walls of dust will come in and swallow the city around sundown. It's been going on since early July.
KTAR Radio reported the storms have been good business for Danny's Family Car Wash in Phoenix. Manager Juan Delgado says compared to last summer, Danny's has definitely seen more cars make their way through the car wash.When storms are in the forecast, business will lag for a few days. But Delgado says after the storms move through, the work really picks up.
