Q: Where are you from and what did you do before opening your business?

A: I am one of a small minority who were born and raised in Phoenix. I have spent a majority of my life in the East Valley and love to call Ahwatukee home. Before I opened up Merchant Law Firm PLLC, I practiced law at both small and large law firms. My preference was the smaller law firms because of the relationship I was able to build with my clients.

Q: Why did you open your business in this community?

A: I live in Ahwatukee, my family is here, my friends are here and I absolutely love this community.

Q: How did you get the idea to open your business?

A: I always had a desire to own and operate my own business and I saw a need for a full-service law firm in this community. We are here to serve the community with all of their business and personal legal needs. What sets us apart is our commitment to our clients and dedication to obtain the best results.

Q: What type of merchandise/services do you sell?

A: Merchant Law Firm is a full-service law firm, specializing in assisting small businesses and individuals with all of their legal needs. Our primary practice areas are: small business (formation, agreements, private placements and transactions); real estate (foreclosure assistance, purchases and lease agreements); personal injury (automobile and motorcycle accidents); and estate planning (wills, trusts and estates).

Q: What does your business have in store for the future?

A: My goal and mission is to offer my clients and the community with excellent service on a daily basis. If my firm can continue to provide quality service in the future, I will be happy.

Q: Anything else you want the community to know about you or your business?

A: Even if you do not hire us, it is extremely important for businesses and individuals to consult an attorney before taking any step that has legal consequences. I have seen far too many people get into trouble because they did not seek the advice of a good attorney. We hope that we can provide that service to the community.
