Ahwatukee Foothills Police Blotter: Oct. 14-20

1. On Oct. 14 at 10:20 a.m. police took a report of a commercial burglary in the 3200 block of East Chandler Boulevard.

2. On Oct. 14 at 4:40 p.m. police took a report of a possession of narcotic drugs for sale in the 16400 block of South 42nd Street.

3. On Oct. 14 at 6 p.m. police took a report of a theft from a vehicle in the 40th Street and Pecos Park and Ride.

4. On Oct. 14 at 9 p.m. police took a report of a traffic accident and DUI arrest in the 5000 block of East Ray Road. The driver was also cited for possession of marijuana.

5. On Oct. 15 at 8:50 a.m. police took a report of a burglary in the 4700 block of East Desert Wind Drive.

6. On Oct. 16 at 9:45 a.m. in the 14600 block of South Desert Foothills Parkway police took a report of a commercial burglary.

7. On Oct. 16 at 9 p.m. police took a report of a suspect impersonating a police officer in the 16000 block of South 24th Street. A man on a bike was stopped, questioned and his backpack was searched by a man in a car who claimed to be a police officer. The car had a blue emblem on the side that said “police.” Phoenix police did not have any officers in the area at the time.

8. On Oct. 16 at 7:50 p.m. in the 3400 block of East Windsong Drive police took a report of a residential burglary and possession of narcotic drugs.

9. On Oct. 16 at 5:15 p.m. in the 4100 block of East Modoc Drive police took a report of a residential burglary.

10. On Oct. 17 at 8:30 p.m. police took an assault report in the 15400 block of South 50th Street.

11. On Oct. 18 at 9 a.m. police took a report of a commercial burglary in the 14600 block of South Desert Foothills Parkway.

12. On Oct. 18 at 7:45 p.m. police took a report of a domestic violence-related assault in the 2700 block of East Dry Creek Road.
