The Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce will hold its biggest fundraiser for its Red, White and Boom firework display Thursday: a spa day.
From 5 to 9 p.m., enjoy a girls night out with beauty and shopping at Red, White and Beautiful held at the Ahwatukee Country Club, 12432 S. 48th St. All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards the fireworks show.
"Red, White and Beautiful makes donating to the fireworks a win-win situation," Terri Kimble, president and CEO of the Chamber said. "It is wonderful how these spa technicians are donating their services for the event."
Manicures, pedicures, facials, massages and much more will be available to those who would like to be pampered. Businesses involved include Blondies Salon, La Bella Donna Skin Care, Vitality Through Touch, ALW Massage Therapy, Spa Xpress and Motives Customized cosmetics, among others.
For those who love shopping, this will be the place to be for purses, jewelry, commemorative fireworks bears and extraordinary boutique items.
