Beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 11, City Council subcommittee meetings will be added to the lineup of city meetings that can be viewed live on the city’s website and television station.

Live coverage of subcommittee meetings on phoenix.gov and PHX 11 is part of the city’s ongoing transparency efforts. The Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee meeting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday will be first to go live.

PHX11 and phoenix.gov will continue live coverage of City Council formal and policy meetings at City Council Chambers, 200 W. Jefferson St. The meetings also can be viewed on demand on phoenix.gov and youtube.com/cityofphoenixaz.

The week’s City Council meetings also can be viewed in a one-time block at 11 a.m. Saturdays on “City Block,” a new PHX 11 program.
