The Foothills Homeowners Association is offering an award for any information leading to the arrest of a suspect or suspects who damaged several cement tables and chairs in the community over fall break.

On Monday, Oct. 14 Rossmar and Graham was notified by a homeowner in the Fairways subdivision near Chandler Boulevard and Desert Foothills Parkway that the new concrete picnic tables had been destroyed. The heavy, tiled tables and benches were knocked over and broken.

The tables and benches were installed in May of 2013 and it will cost the HOA $4,000 to replace them. The Foothills HOA Board has approved a $250 reward for any information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the destruction.

The HOA has put caution tape around the knocked over tables and benches to keep the public away until they can be replaced. Rossmar and Graham is working with police and local schools to investigate the case. Anyone with information is encouraged to call Silent Witness at (480) WIT-NESS or Rossmar and Graham at (480) 551-4300.
