Some city services will be affected as the city of Phoenix closes Monday, Feb. 21 in observance of Presidents Day.
Buses, METRO light rail and Dial-a-Ride will all operate on a Sunday schedule. Sunday schedules can be found at www.valleymetro.org.
Trash will not be collected on Monday as transfer stations will be closed. All Monday collections will be moved to Tuesday and Tuesday collections moved to Wednesday.
The Burton Barr Central Library and all branches normally open on Monday will be closed.
Parking meters will be free.
