Know of a great project for your neighborhood, but aren’t sure from where the money is going to come? Interested in applying for a grant, but aren’t sure where or how to start?

The city’s Neighborhood Services Department (NSD) is hosting a grant writing workshop from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Feb. 2, at NSD West Facility, 3325 W. Flower St.

Participants will explore the fundamentals of the process and learn the “who, what, where and how” of grant writing.

The class is open to all Phoenix residents. Registration is required. To register, call (602) 495-0380 or email michael.pinder@phoenix.gov.
