Week of March 25 through April 1

• Report of three young males, ages 17 or 18, riding in a newer, blue Ford Mustang impersonating police officers. The car had flashing lights on the inside and the males may have tried to pull over a car. Police are still searching for the suspects.

• Burglary from a vehicle on Tuesday, March 26, in the 14000 block of South 50th Street. Victim reported some carpentry tools were stolen from the car, valued at $1,700.

• Single vehicle collision reported on Saturday, March 30 at 2:20 p.m. near the 3900 block of East Chandler Boulevard. Police made a DUI arrest following the accident.

• Report of $950 in cash stolen near the 3900 block of East Chandler Boulevard on April 1.

• Police investigating a case of possible child abuse near the 1500 block of East Windmere Drive on April 1.

• An arrest was made on April 1 at 12:20 p.m. near the 8800 block of South Pointe Parkway. The suspect was booked on suspicion of violating an order of protection.

• At 5 p.m. on April 1 near the 11000 block of South 51st Street police took a report of a burglary from a car. A Garmin GPS, camera, Coach purse, tools, some CDs and miscellaneous clothing were taken.

• At 7:30 p.m. on April 1 near the 4800 block of East Warner Road police recovered a stolen 2006 Nissan Sentra.

• Police responded to a domestic violence dispute at 8:20 p.m. on April 1 near the 4300 block of East Mountain Vista Drive.

• Police responded to a domestic violence assault at 9 p.m. April 1 near the 14000 block of South 34th Street.
