TUHSD Governing Board candidate David Schapira
David Schapira, who is also running for state senate, graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has taught at the high school level and he was an instructor at Arizona State University. Dave Wells holds a PhD from the University of Southern California in Political Economy and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and Mathematics with a minor in Education from Bucknell University.
