The body of Glendale resident David Ian Wile, who had been expected at an appointment in Ahwatukee Foothills the day of his disappearance, was discovered in a trailer in Sun City last week, and police have made an arrest.
Wile, 30, was last seen on Aug. 14. He was on his way to a meeting in Ahwatukee before heading to a photography competition in Tempe later in the afternoon, according to his aunt, Cindi Castle.
The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office arrested David Roy Edison, 48, in Sun City after discovering Wile's body in Edison's trailer, according to ABC 15 News.
The victim's father, G.W. Wile, said the sheriff's office had asked him not to discuss the case since it's under investigation.
"We were resigned to it," Wile said. "We just knew in our guts because of the circumstances."
